Introduction
Welcome to S2ArchViz. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the services provided by S2ArchViz and apply to all visitors, clients, and users of this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
S2ArchViz offers architecture design, architectural visualization, 3D rendering, virtual tours, product rendering, and related services. All services are provided according to the specifications and details agreed upon between S2ArchViz and the Client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:
- Provide clear and accurate design briefs, deadlines, and any necessary project materials.
- Ensure that any changes to the project scope or brief are communicated promptly. Modifications after work has commenced may result in additional fees.
- Respond to inquiries or requests for approvals in a timely manner to prevent delays.
Payment Terms
Payments for services are structured as follows:
- A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before the commencement of any work.
- The remaining balance is due upon the final delivery of the project.
S2ArchViz accepts payments through bank transfers and other approved methods outlined during the contract.
Revisions and Modifications
The Client is entitled to up to two rounds of revisions for each project as part of the initial fee. Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at an hourly rate, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to commencing further work.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables, including 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations, remain the property of S2ArchViz until full payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the Client. However, S2ArchViz reserves the right to use the completed works for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, project details, and proprietary designs. S2ArchViz will not share any Client information or project materials with third parties without the Client’s explicit consent.
Liability
S2ArchViz will not be liable for delays or failures to complete projects due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Delays caused by the Client, including unresponsive communication or untimely approvals.
- Third-party failures or technological issues.
Once the deliverables have been handed over to the Client, S2ArchViz is not responsible for any misuse or alterations made by the Client or third parties.
Amendments
S2ArchViz reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or by a notice on our website. Continued use of the website and our services after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
