Who We Are
We’re celebrating over six years of running our own studio, learning, growing, and expanding as our business evolved. The journey wasn’t always easy—starting a new studio comes with plenty of challenges. But we couldn’t be happier with how far we’ve come. What started as a dream has now become a reality, and we continue to put our heart and soul into every project.
As life partners and business partners, we decided to combine our over ten years of experience in architecture, design, and teaching into one cohesive vision. In the beginning, we operated as Rasaad Studio, using our skills to create exterior and interior designs for various clients.
Over time, we realized that our true passion lay in the presentation of architectural projects through the lens of 3D visualization, besides designing them and that’s how S2ArchViz was born.
Why Architecture Visualization?
The path to architectural visualization wasn’t a straight one—it was an integral part of our journey through architecture itself. As architecture graduates, we know firsthand how difficult it can be to present projects clearly and convincingly. In the competitive world of design, students and professionals alike need to communicate their ideas effectively, and that’s where visualization plays a vital role.
From our early days, we loved creating highly detailed models of our designs, always striving to make them look as real as possible. The process of visualizing and rendering these ideas became more than just a part of the job—it became a passion. With every project, we dived deeper into the world of 3D rendering, eager to see our designs come to life in vibrant, photo-realistic detail.
Finding Our Focus
In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic changed the world in ways we never expected. While it brought challenges, it also offered us time to expand our knowledge and refine our skills in architecture visualization. During quarantine, we found ourselves drawn even more toward 3D rendering, working on more detailed, complex, and engaging visualization projects.
Winning first place in a V-ray rendering competition in Iran, was a major turning point. It reinforced our desire to specialize in archviz (architectural visualization), and from that moment, we made it our primary focus.
Today, S2ArchViz is proud to have worked on numerous projects globally, from intricate architectural designs to stunning interior and exterior renderings, with clients from across the globe.
