S2ArchViz started as a shared dream between two architects, a couple who bonded over their love for design and visualization. With master’s degrees in architecture and over 15 years of hands-on experience, we spent much of our careers imagining what unbuilt spaces could look like. It wasn’t just about the plans on paper; we wanted to see these projects come to life in the most realistic, captivating way possible.

That passion led us down the path of architectural visualization. In 2019, we took the leap and founded S2ArchViz. Our mission? To help architects, interior designers, and real estate developers around the world visualize their ideas with stunning, photorealistic renderings. What started as a personal obsession with the details and beauty of design quickly turned into a business built on trust and collaboration.

CEO & Lead Architect

With over fifteen years of experience in architecture, interior design, and visualization, Mohammad combines creative vision with practical expertise. Leading the S2ArchViz team, he excels at turning ideas into reality through collaboration and strong client relationships. His passion for design, coupled with his background as a university lecturer, enables him to guide his team with precision while delivering thoughtful, high-quality projects that balance both aesthetic and functional goals.

Paria Sadeghi

PM & Sr. 3D artist

With over a decade of experience and a Master’s degree in architecture passionate about design and architecture visualization. She loves the challenge of bringing spaces to life, focusing on every detail to create something truly unique. Her approach is simple: build strong relationships with clients, understand their vision, and guide each project smoothly from start to finish. The goal is always the same—deliver results that not only look great but perfectly meet their needs.

Established our first office, RASSAD STUDIO, after years of working with other firms and teaching at the university, combining our expertise to launch our own studio.

Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and quarantine, we used this time to deepen our expertise in architectural visualization while collaborating on several national exterior and interior design projects.

Built on the knowledge gained in the previous year and our prior experience to expand our portfolio across the country, working on a variety of residential and commercial interior, exterior, and visualization projects.

Achieved first place in a national rendering competition in Iran and entered the international market with our first major project in Dubai, UAE.
